Welcome to the Novares Whistleblower System.

This system was designed so that individuals may bring to the Group’s attention any acts or behaviors that are not in line with its values, as described in its Code of Ethics (see reference below), or that may cause serious harm to the company or to the public interest.

These acts or behaviors may relate to fraud, corruption, conflict of interest, anti-competitive practices, human rights issues such as child or forced labor, discrimination or harassment in the workplace, inappropriate occupational health & safety or environmental protection etc…

Details of the procedure and its strict scope of application can be found below and should be reviewed carefully before using the Whistleblower System.

The system can be used by anyone, employee or business partner, who does not feel comfortable to report internally, to issue an Alert falling within this scope.

The Alert is made by filling out the questionnaire below, in full confidentiality. Documents, text or pictures, may be uploaded as evidence or additional explanations. Investigations are initiated after careful examination of the facts reported in the Alert.

Before using the Whistleblower System, please note that :

- The use of the Whistleblower System in good faith, even if the facts are later found to be unproven or not followed up, shall not expose its author to sanctions or retaliation. However, any person making malicious, abusive or defamatory use of this mechanism will be subject to disciplinary sanctions and to legal action in accordance with the rules of his/her country.

- The Whistleblowing System is not an Emergency Service. Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Alerts submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response.

If emergency assistance is required, local authorities should be contacted directly.
